Eligibility

• The Lifetime Warranty is available for purchase at $14.95 at the time of your sunglasses order.
• This warranty can be used once per purchase.
• After a replacement has been issued, customers may purchase a new Lifetime Warranty for $19.95 to continue coverage.

What’s Covered

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship or damage to the sunglasses frame and/or lenses that makes them unusable.
• Warranty applies only to the sunglasses purchased from our store and registered under your name.

What’s Not Covered

• Lost or stolen sunglasses.
• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality (e.g., scratches from normal use, minor scuffs).
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or intentional breakage.

How It Works

1. Claim Your Replacement – If your sunglasses are damaged or defective, simply contact our customer service with your order details and proof of purchase of the Lifetime Warranty.
2. Pay the Shipping Fee – Each warranty replacement requires a $5.95 shipping & handling fee.
3. Receive Your New Pair – We’ll send you a replacement of the same model or a comparable style if your original is no longer available.

Important Notes

• The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the sunglasses as long as you have purchased the coverage.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Limit: One replacement per purchased warranty. A new warranty must be purchased to receive additional replacements in the future.
